Does PromoSolver offer free samples?
Yes – Although some exceptions do apply. Ask your sales person for more details.

Does PromoSolver offer virtual spec samples?
Yes – Simply click the “Virtual Sample” button of the item(s) you’d like to see your logo on and following the instructions.

Does PromoSolver offer free proof of artwork?
Yes

Does PromoSolver offer pre-production proofs?
Yes – Some pre-production proofs are available at an additional charge.

Does PromoSolver offer artwork design? At what cost?
Yes – Simple artwork design is available at no additional cost but more complicated designs are charged on an hourly rate. Ask your sales person for more details.

What if I don’t have artwork?
Our art department can provide design services at an additional cost per hour. Ask your sales person for more details.

What if I want a specific color match imprinted?
The Pantone Matching System or PMS colors are available at an additional cost. Ask your sales person for more details.

Does PromoSolver offer free quotes?
Yes – Free quotes are available with all item inquiries.

What artwork formats does PromoSolver accept?
Adobe Illustrator (Preferably saved as vector art), Adobe Photoshop (EPS format) or Corel Draw (All text converted to “curves”). If these can not be provided we do accept Hi-Resolution JPEG and TIF files.

Where do I send my artwork?
Send your artwork to your sales person via email or you can mail a hard copy and your contact information to our office; 2306 Charles Ave., Dunbar, WV 25313.

Can PromoSolver deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No – We unfortunately do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise with some exceptions on larger orders.

What delivery methods do you offer?
We offer UPS or our local carrier.

Does PromoSolver offer rush ordering?
Yes – Generally most suppliers offer this service at an additional cost. Ask your sales person for more details.

Is an extra charge applied on rush orders?
Yes – Additional cost is based on the supplier’s rates. Ask your sales person for more details.

How long does an order usually take to process?
Order processing varies depending on the selected product. Generally, the ordering process takes 1-2 weeks but on specialty or imported products the process can take 60-90 days.

Does PromoSolver accept less than minimum order quantities?
This feature is available depending on the supplier. Ask your sales person for more details.

Can orders placed with PromoSolver be changed or canceled?
Yes - But after final proof approval there are no guarantees that charges will be effective.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

What are the stages of the ordering process?
Customer product inquiry, product quotation, order placement, submission of artwork, order acknowledgement, proof, proof approval, order delivery and invoice.

Will I have to pay for set-up charges?
Yes - When set-up charges are required by suppliers the customer is charged for this fee.

What type of imprinting methods does PromoSolver offer?
We offer a variety of imprint methods depending upon the product being purchased. Ask your sales person for more details.

Does PromoSolver offer free Virtual Spec Samples?
